Sergio Córdoba Mora
Architect with more than 15 years of experience in the design, development and execution of architectural and construction projects, both at the residential, institutional and urban levels.
Has taught at prestigious institutions such as the Latin University, University of Sciences and Art and Creative University, strengthening his methodological and critical approach to teaching design, graphic representation and sustainable architecture.
His professional experience ranges from the preparation of preliminary projects, construction plans for commercial and residential developments, and permitting procedures.
He has collaborated with firms such as CPT Consultores, CONDISA, Tekna and ROBLESARQ, participating in national scale projects such as condominium towers, institutional buildings, single-family homes and coastal urbanizations.
Mauricio Chacón
Rojas
Academic background at the University of Costa Rica, specializing in advanced architectural representation and digital technologies applied to design. He has technical expertise in drawing and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, and holds official Autodesk certification in the use of Revit, with proven experience in three-dimensional modeling using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, considered one of the most advanced and integrated in the contemporary construction industry.
He is known for his ability to develop precise, coordinated, and detailed architectural models, optimizing design, documentation, and construction processes. He has also worked extensively in high-quality 3D modeling and professional rendering, using state-of-the-art graphics engines such as Twinmotion and D5 Render, achieving photorealistic finishes, immersive environments, and accurate visualizations for presenting residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
